As the Christmas songs come on and festivity fills the air, White Marble invites all for a Christmas that’s out of the ordinary with a Mediterranean feast made for communal sharing.

Taste the best of founder Chef Otto Weibel’s Mediterranean love affair in a menu made from the freshest, premium produce that traverses from land to sea, cooked with ample spices and roaring fire to bring out the best flavours.

Enjoy a tipple together with the Christmas Platters all from the heart of Orchard Road, perfect for a quick escape from the city’s bustle or for a spot of people-watching. The 120-seater restaurant features spacious indoor spaces and alfresco seating that is prominently located at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel.

Chef Otto has come up with two very special menus for the month of December. The Christmas Feast is available from 1-22 December and comes in options for two pax or groups of four. Look forward to appetisers like the Romanesco & Kale Salad of bright colourful labneh, pine nuts dukkah and pomegranate as well as a bolder Portobello Mushroom with Arugula Salad, intensified with feta cheese, walnuts and a sherry walnut vinaigrette.

A platter made for sharing comes with delectable roasts of Roasted Whole Quail with Harissa Glaze, Charcoal Grilled Black Angus Ribeye and Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Accompanying it are sides of roasted parsnip, heirloom carrots and celeriac with za’atar, finished off with house-made condiments of pommery mustard sauce, muhammara and salsa verde. For dessert, there is Rum Baba & Vanilla Gelato and the quintessential Christmas sweet of Buche de Noel with Hazelnut & Chestnut. The Feast for 2 is priced at $168++ while the Feast for 4 is priced at $298++.

The Christmas Special is available only on 23, 24 and 25 December, also in options for two pax or groups of four. On top of appetisers like the Romanesco & Kale Salad of bright colourful labneh, pine nuts dukkah and pomegranate as well as a bolder Portobello Mushroom with Arugula Salad, intensified with feta cheese, walnuts and a sherry walnut vinaigrette, it comes with a soup course of Potato & Leek, fragranced with pancetta, chives and yoghurt.

A sharing platter tempts with items like Roasted Whole Quail with Harissa Glaze, Charcoal Grilled Black Angus Ribeye, Grilled Halibut with Green Zhoug and Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus. Have them with sides like spaetzle, lemon and parmesan, roasted parsnip, heirloom carrots and celeriax with Za’atar, complete with house-made sauces of pommery mustard sauce, muhammara and salsa verde.

For dessert, there is Rum Baba & Vanilla Gelato and the quintessential Christmas sweet of Buche de Noel with Hazelnut & Chestnut. The Christmas Special for 2 is priced at $268++ while the Feast for 4 is priced at $398++.
