Shaped from CÉ LA VI’s contemporary Asian gastronomy influences, Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov’s revamped Brunch menu reflects standout dishes that blend comfort with decadence - incorporating communal seafood platters, sporous sharing plates, and a plethora of flavour-driven bites.
Launched 3 September 2022, the a la carte menu launches with S$148++ per Pax for 3 hour free-flow Champagne and $78++ for the non-alcoholic option. The perfect perch for skyscraper-studded views amidst Singapore’s sunny skies on weekend afternoons, CÉ LA VI ticks all the boxes for lie-in Brunch lovers.
Notable starters and sides include the fashionably communal Caviar Bump (S$68++) and Indian-inspired Padron Pepper (S$18++). Thereafter, indulge in the premium fresh Seafood On Ice (S$165++) and Sushi Platters (S$68++) befitting, especially for group gatherings. If you are dining with a special someone, various premium sharing plates like the 300g A4 Miyazaki Striploin (S$158++), and 1.2kg Sanchoku “F1 Wagyu” Marble Score 5 T- bone (S$320++) are a great option.
Top off your brunch experience with decadent dessert platters such as the Celebration Platters (S$28, S$48, S$68++) and a Japanese Fruit Platter (S$150++).

Premium Platters – Seafood on Ice & Sushi Platter
Poached live lobster, seasonal oyster, New Zealand green shell mussel, Patagonia Argentinian red prawn & Hokkaido scallop tartare. Avocado sushi roll, Prawn tempura roll & A4 Miyazaki Nigiri.
Lobster Roll
Brimming with fresh chunks of sweet Lobster meat tucked in between buns lined with Oba Leaf and dressed in Yuzu Kosho Mayonnaise.
Celebration Platter
Local-favourite Pandan Kaya Choux, refreshing Gin Sorbet, creamy smooth Madagascar Vanilla Ice Cream, and sweet earthy Chocolate Truffles.
Japanese Fruit Platter
Seasonal premium fruits include syrupy-sweet Melons, luscious ripened Mangoes and ruby-like Cherries.
