Expect CMCR signature favourites alongside elevated all-day brunch classics, quality specialty coffee and retail offerings exclusive to Common Man Coffee Roasters Joo Chiat (CMCR JC). A dedicated filter coffee brewing bar offers a filter coffee selection from the brand’s seasonal rotation of regional single origins. For the first time ever, CMCR has sourced a limited-release 'Cup Of Excellence' coffee, the Boledu #COE 21, one of Ethiopia’s most complex and distinguished coffees, exclusive to CMCR JC.
Menu highlights include a delicious duo of Sourdough Pancakes exclusively available at CMCR JC. The café’s Sweet pancake option is crowned with chocolate almond ganache, almond praline, vanilla bean ice cream and citrus marmalade. Other Common Man favourites include the Turkish Common Man Breakfast, a delicious combination of phyllo wrapped soft boiled egg, crumbed sheep’s feta, pumpkin hummus, pumpkin seed praline, pomegranate and fresh herb salsa.
