These remarkable libations are now available for purchase at Singapore's famed coffee and wine bar, Wildcard, and will be featured in a series of special events running up to and throughout Negroni Week celebrations.

Back in 2014, the amazing team at Bar Termini set out to develop the perfect bottled Negroni, allowing their customers to enjoy the experience at home. They were pioneers in the art of making bottle cocktails, using a unique sous-vide cooking technique at low temperatures to create a combination that was practically indistinguishable from a barrel-aged cocktail. The fact that these bottled Negronis are bottled at sipping strength ensures a perfectly balanced cocktail that can be served quickly and effortlessly.
A Negroni for Every Palate
There are presently four distinct varieties of bottled Negronis available in Singapore, each effortlessly integrating sophisticated bitter and sweet flavours with a hint of citrus fruits and botanicals.
Negroni Classico (S$92 / 750ml): This is the quintessential aged Negroni, a traditional blend of London dry gin, Italian vermouth, and Campari – the perfect aperitivo.
Negroni Superiore (S$92 / 750ml): Building on the classic, this version features an infusion of pink peppercorns for a subtly spicy and aromatic finish.
Negroni Rosato (S$92 / 750ml): For a delicately floral twist, this Negroni infuses dried pink rose petals into the traditional recipe.
Negroni Robusto (S$98 / 750ml): This version undergoes an extended aging process beyond the Classico, resulting in a deeper and more robust flavor.

But the fun doesn't stop with bottled cocktails. If you're in Singapore, you can enjoy these delectable libations at Wildcard throughout September. Maros Potucek, Bar Manager, and Leonardo Filipponi, Barman and Head of Production, will be on-site from 5 to 8pm Wednesdays through Saturdays, pouring each of the four Negronis (S$15 each glass) and Il Diciotto (S$15 per 50ml).
Mark your calendars for the Negroni Week Aperitivo, which runs from September 20 to September 23, with a closing party on September 24 from 1 to 6pm. During these events, you can not only enjoy Negronis and Il Diciotto, but also unique drinks from the Soho café bar. These include the Spritz Termini, Death in Venice, Garibaldi, and Il Diciotto Collins, all of which cost S$22.
