The Village Bicycle concept started in 2013 in a park hangout after work. Trevor Aylward and Luke Czajkowskyj met working at Woodfire Grill. After realising there was nowhere open past 9 pm serving food, they saw an opportunity and decided to as they say 'put their nuts out there' and give it a go. Village Bicycle was Born.
