BLAS is a not-for-profit organisation that has the objective to promote Belgian – Luxembourg and Singaporean exchanges. Each year tens of volunteers organize more than 50 social and recreational activities to suit everyone’s taste.
Whatever your reason for joining BLAS might be, one thing is for sure: They promise to give you plenty of opportunities to meet new people, build friendships and turn your stay in Singapore into a memorable one.
