The store's identity, created by San Francisco-based Studio Bang-Gu, is distinctive. The dramatic fur brown colour-block exterior welcomes guests inside, while the inside, created by local boutique studio Millimeters Studio, is bright and airy, with relaxing wood carpentry and paw pink metal frames. This careful design produces a visually stunning yet welcome space that aims to make a strong first impression on guests. Millimeters Studio's creator, Sherlynn Low, stated that their goal was to create an appealing and pleasant ambience that softly takes guests' breath away.
The business, located at Cluny Court, #02-29, is open every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pets are accepted within the store but must be kept in strollers or carriers in the mall's public areas.
