Bright & comfy environment to find your centre - Hale studio is set in a 1100 sqft space with natural light shining in. High city view with 4.8m high ceiling height in town. 

A short break away from your work​​​​​​​ - their facilities include 1 spacious practice studio, 4 bathrooms with heater showers and 1 spacious toilet.

Some of the classes available are: 

WHEEL VINYASA

Designed specifically to open up tight backs and shoulders in backbends postures. Assist in enhancing your flexibility as well as inversion with the use of a Yoga Wheel. Suitable for all levels

AERIAL YOGA

Our Aerial classes centered around mental focus and safety measures used in Aerial Yoga classes. Aerial Hatha is ideal for beginners who are ready to ‘fly’ with us for the first time.

IRON FLOW
