Famously known as the number 7 stall at Fengshan Market & Food Centre is the first stall to sell Bak Chor Mee in the market Be prepared for the superb QQ texture the noodles have, the finely ground minced meat that blends extremely well with the soup and noodles and the finely minced pork that virtually melts in the mouth, unlike the coarse, stiff versions other vendors dish out.

Situated in the Bedok 85 marketplace, Xing Ji Rou Cuo Mian is one of the two go-to Bak Chor Mee stalls, apart from Seng Hiang Bak Chor Mee. The people at this stall prepare their noodles from scratch, and they are then marinated in a savoury-sweet broth- a perfect balance of flavors in my opinion. This place specializes in soupy noodles primarily but don’t worry if you’ve come for that crunch. Fried garlic chips are a perfect addition to the soupiness. Both these with the generous helping of meatballs make for a meal that will leave you licking your knives and forks clean.
