Dario Schiavoni, Bar Director at Bulgari Resort Dubai, will be gracing the space with his unique creations of natural and biodynamic ingredients.
Boasting over a decade of experience in the Food and Beverage industry with careers spanning Rome, London, Algarve, Shenzhen, Beijing and Tokyo, Dario will bring an outstanding selection of cocktails, including one of his signature cocktails, Mustacchioni, that will definitely wow you.
Joining the exciting month of guest shifts is Sicilian-inspired bar Apollonia from Sydney on 30 August, Tuesday, from 8 pm. Listed as one of Sydney’s best new bars, meet Alexander Thorn, ex-fashion model and head bartender of Apollonia and Alissa Gabriel, Beverage Production Manager, for a one-night exclusive, bringing their fictionalised Sicilian gangster-inspired cocktail signatures using Australian-Italian ingredients!
