The farm-to-table restaurant holds an exclusive partnership with the award-winning Hidakami Ranch located in Miyagi Ken, Sendai City in Japan. Practicing nose-to-tail sustainable dining, whole cattle are brought in from Japan to be used in entirety across Syohachi Yakiniku and its sister-brand Syohachi Wagyu Hamburg. Raised on the lush pastures of Sendai which are fed by clean, fresh air and natural spring water, one can expect exceptional mesh-like marbling and rich meaty flavor in every bite of the Sendai Wagyu beef.
