The name Nadodi, which means "nomad," honours the voyage made by the nomadic tribes of Kerala to Sri Lanka through the old land bridge. Additionally, it shows how, like humans, food transcends borders.

At Nadodi, South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine is put on display for all kinds of foodies to enjoy. Black and white pictures and polished marble floors provide a sense of chic refinement to the contemporary Indian fine-diner.

Chef Sricharan Venkatesh, formerly of the renowned Gaggan restaurant in Bangkok, uses overlooked ingredients to produce dynamic set menus. Notable delicacies include lamb and mutton curry with agata potatoes and local red snapper with tamarind barley.

Each member of the culinary staff at Nadodi is committed to mastering traditional cooking methods and spice combinations. Each dish on the menu has been carefully crafted, showing distinctive regional influences rooted in the individual stories and passions of each culinary genius. Image Credit: Nadodi Facebook Page 2nd Image Credit
