Singapore’s renowned MO BAR is set to host an exclusive mixology showcase as Zest, Seoul, one of Asia’s most celebrated bars, takes center stage for a one-night-only bar takeover. On a special evening dedicated to innovation and sustainability, guests will have the opportunity to experience an extraordinary lineup of cocktails crafted by Zest’s award-winning founders, Demie Kim and Noah Kwon. Hwachae, a vibrant and refreshing gin-based cocktail infused with the delicate floral notes of elderflower. Watermelon, apple mint, and shine muscat sparkling wine add layers of fruity complexity, creating a drink that is both elegant and invigorating.

Maize, a bold and savoury creation featuring Haku Vodka harmonized with the earthy and aromatic blend of corn silk, jujube, yellow bell pepper, cinnamon, saffron, and gosori-sool. This cocktail offers a rich tapestry of flavours that highlight the depth of Korean ingredients.

Bread & Cheese, a silky, tangy concoction that redefines classic cocktail craftsmanship. The fusion of vodka with leftover baguette, blue cheese, tepache, sherry, and burnt butter delivers an unforgettable balance of umami and smooth textures.

Biscuit Einspänner, a caffeine-forward delight that celebrates the robust flavours of Suntory Kakubin whisky. Infused with recycled coffee amaro, butter crumble, espresso, and salted cacao cream, this indulgent cocktail is a perfect choice for those who appreciate the harmonious blend of whisky and coffee.
