Food at Yi by Jereme Leung is an absolute crab show. Crabbers can expect a full blown feast what with innovative dishes like the Huizhou Hakka Style Salt baked Hairy Crab and the freshly wrapped Marinated Hairy Crab Hand Roll with Kristal Caviar, Pickled Ginger and Radish, or the evergreen way of steaming them with some Yunnan Brown Sugar Ginger Tea. Go through the a la carte menu to find a wide variety of crabs like the chilled Sri Lankan yellow crab marinated in vodka and Chinese wine, or the Japanese King Crab, which comes with noodles, homemade “dou hua” custard, peanuts, Sichuan mustard and chilli oil. If this is not a feast, I don’t know what is.
