In 2004 founder and owner, Ms. Jongkolnee Thoboonme established Sabai Fine Thai in Singapore with the concept that her customers could enjoy a genuine taste of authentic Thai fine dining. A real Thai culinary experience using only the best and freshest ingredients, personally sourced to ensure quality.
In the kitchen, Chef Samlee embodies this philosophy. As a former cook for Thai royalty – more than thirty years ago she cooked for HRH Princess Srinagarindra, the Princess Mother of King Rama IX while she travelled, Chef Samlee has spent her career perfecting her cooking skills to a fine art. Today, as head chef for the curry section, she ensures that Sabai Fine Thai’s curries are bursting with unique and original Thai flavours.

Lovely place - food is brilliant and the staff is super friendly without the „So sorry Sir - cannot.“. (especially the always smilling lady with her rice bowl)
once the dish is delivered they even ask if the spiciness can be taken - otherwise the cook would „rework“ We‘ll definitely come back.
