The inspiration behind Sabai Fine Thai was a belief that the distinctive and delicious flavours of Thai food would be appreciated all around the world. In 2004 founder and owner, Ms. Jongkolnee Thoboonme established Sabai Fine Thai in Singapore with the concept that her customers could enjoy a genuine taste of authentic Thai fine dining. A real Thai culinary experience using only the best and freshest ingredients, personally sourced to ensure quality. 

In the kitchen, Chef Samlee embodies this philosophy. As a former cook for Thai royalty – more than thirty years ago she cooked for HRH Princess Srinagarindra, the Princess Mother of King Rama IX while she travelled, Chef Samlee has spent her career perfecting her cooking skills to a fine art. Today, as head chef for the curry section, she ensures that Sabai Fine Thai’s curries are bursting with unique and original Thai flavours.
