In the green hillside of Upper Bukit Timah, you can now taste the diverse regional culinary styles from both the North and South of Italy in a snug little restaurant named Acqua e Farina.
Acqua e Farina is owned and operated by two trained Italian chefs, Antonio Manetto who hails from the sunny South and Roberto Galbiati who is a proud native of northern Milan.
As a result, the menu is a beautiful showcase of the highly distinctive cuisine from both the top and the bottom of the boot-shaped Italian Peninsula.
Comments
One is crazy about desserts and the other, wouldn’t accept any savory dish which is less than sumptuous; the meeting of co-owners of Acqua e Farina,
Chef Roberto and Chef Antonio have given Bukit Timah an amazing Italian restaurant. Start off with some wine or spritz with their antipasti of cold cuts and fresh cheese.
Then delve straight into a pizza, pasta, or mains of your choice and we recommend their Pizza Acqua e Farina made with tomato, mozzarella, ricotta, salami, and sauteed spinach. Mamma mia!
