Priced enticingly at $88++, the six-course Omakase tantalises the palate with an array of premium ingredients including exquisite uni, elegant caviar, succulent lobster, premium Iberico pork, and the freshest sashimi, all masterfully curated and elegantly presented for an unforgettable dining journey.

The elegant dish intertwines the sweetness of raw amaebi with the opulent allure of creamy uni, accompanied by pops of ikura and finished off with the briny essence of sea grapes. The seamless interplay of these delicate ingredients immerses guests in a whimsical odyssey of textures and flavours, leaving an indelible impression.

Embodying Uni Gallery's steadfast dedication to procuring the freshest seasonal bounty from Japan, the Seasonal Sashimi with Shoyu Foam unveils a symphony of four seasonal sashimi. Each slice showcases the unrivalled quality and artisanal finesse that define Uni Gallery's culinary artistry. The culinary voyage continues with a mesmerising array of binchotan grilled delights, taking inspiration from revered Japanese Yakitori bars. The Sake Jambu Oyster showcases the mastery of binchotan grilling, with the super plump jumbo oyster infused with sake for explosive flavours. Similarly, the Lobster Tail Binchotan Grill, served with sweet asparagus, offers a tender and juicy texture. The dish reaches a flavorful crescendo with a luxurious lobster paste adding an indulgent layer of umami.
