Cafe Natsu

Cafe Natsu

Cafe Natsu is run by the young gun Chef Lewis Barker, well known for achieving a Michelin star in less than a year since the inauguration of the restaurant. This spot is a rather inconspicuous one situated in Joo Chiat, and is best known for serving regular cafe food with a Japanese twist. We highly recommend the (not so) classic Eggs Benedict, where the poached eggs are accompanied by a miso hollandaise sauce, a Sancho pepper glazed ham and wasabi spinach.
