Time slows down for an afternoon of teatime pleasures, as new Afternoon Tea experiences at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore are unveiled.
Curated for unhurried enjoyment in a timeless setting, the Traditional Afternoon Tea showcases quintessential English afternoon tea flavours, while the Expressions Afternoon Tea is a celebration of creativity and individual expression.
The Fullerton Hotels invite you to enjoy the handcrafted creations alongside freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam. Add a touch of sparkle to the occasion with a glass of champagne, in addition to a selection of loose leaf TWG teas and a variety of coffees from Bacha Coffee.
Served in The Courtyard — the heart of the historic Fullerton Building — the Traditional Afternoon Tea experience stays true to the English ritual with a classic assortment of finely cut sandwiches and delicate pastries. On selected days, a harpist enchants the high-ceiling atrium with melodious tunes.
Enjoy a round of storied teatime staples, from the simple yet elegant cucumber sandwich, favoured by aristocrats in the Victorian era, to the distinctive Battenberg Cake — a quintessentially English dessert, created in 1884 as the royal wedding cake for Princess Victoria, granddaughter of Queen Victoria, and Prince Louis of the Battenberg family.

Reminiscent of Nature’s wild and diverse flora, the Expressions Afternoon Tea celebrates creativity and individuality. Delight your senses with the whimsical ensemble of pastries in vivid colours, shapes and forms, served on a custom-made tiered stand.
The menu takes reference from the modern Asian cuisine with Western influences. Handcrafted with quality ingredients, the savoury line-up awakens the taste buds — from seared tuna tataki with pickled ginger and shio kombu powder, to duck rillettes and smoked duck from Les Landes in the south of France.
For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Prabhu’s creations tell a tale of nostalgia and a return to one’s unique roots. Heritage-inspired treats include the ‘Egg Kaya Toast’, ‘Ice Gem Lemon Tart’ and ‘Nyonya Trifle’.
Sit back for a lingering afternoon with live piano music at The Landing Point daily, with the exception of Wednesdays and Thursdays. On these days, the ritual continues in the intimate setting of La Brasserie.
Priced from S$60++ per adult and S$30++ per child.
