The gastronomic journey begins with an array of enticing starters, featuring options such as the Brittany Rock Oyster with 'Bloody Mary' Spicy Tomato Granita, Burratina with Grilled Artichoke, Hokkaido King Crab with Caviar, or Pork & Quail Terrine with Pickled Cherry. The second course introduces delights like Slow Cooked Pork Cheek with Grilled Zucchini and Bacon-wrapped Date, Fremantle Octopus on a bed of Tomato & Eggplant Relish, Stracciatella, Cured Ocean Trout, or the vegetarian-friendly White Asparagus with Black Winter Truffle.
For the main course, indulge in offerings like Iberico Pork Loin with Caramelized Squash Puree and Crushed Brussel Sprouts, Mediterranean Seabass with Chorizo & White Bean Cassoulet, Angus Tenderloin with Smoked Potato Purée and Morel Mushrooms.
