Jigger & Pony Group is excited to present the second edition of Live Twice's seasonal menu, which invites diners on a trip through mid-century contemporary Japan. Live Twice, steeped in the milieu of post-war Ginza from the 1960s, combines Shokunin craftsmanship with current techniques and flavours, all wrapped in the Group's characteristic convivial hospitality.

Principal Barman David Kim, who leads a varied and talented crew at Live Twice, is ecstatic with the excellent response to their first seasonal menu, which debuted earlier this year. With the holiday season approaching, the new fall-winter cocktails and signature list additions seek to bring delight to year-end parties.

Winter, Fall, and a Very Merry Christmas

Sparrow

The seasonal cocktail menu at Live Twice is inspired by Japan's love for all four seasons and features ingredients at their best ripeness and flavour. Autumn is celebrated in The Sparrow, a smooth and creamy creation made with junmai ginjo sake, kijoshu, and a mixed grain liqueur made with glutinous rice, sorghum, millet, and red bean.

Aurora

Aurora, a winter pleasure, combines golden kiwi with Monkey 47 Gin and Live Twice's handmade winter amaro in a highball-style cocktail. The Camellia, reminiscent of a winter onsen, combines Hinoki-infused Macallan 12 yr Sherry Oak, ume and camellia liqueur, and pomegranate juice.

Live Twice

From November 29 to December 30, Live Twice celebrates the Japanese Christmas custom with Kim's Fried Chicken, a well-seasoned dish suited for sharing that comes with a side of Gochujang soy honey sauce.

One Life for Yourself

Vesper

Live Twice is a collection of masterpieces meticulously created with detail and technique. Ki No Bi Sei Gin, Absolut Elyx Vodka, Tempus Fugit Kina L'aero d'Or, and Fernet Hunter Granit are combined in the signature Vesper, which is shaken vigorously to keep the cocktail chilled for longer.

Honeysuckle

The Honeysuckle is a new spin on the classic Daiquiri that uses salted orange honey to complement the buttery Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum.

As well as one for your dreams

Bell Blossom

Live Twice introduces cocktails named after Geishas, reflecting refined, artistic indulgence, to encourage people to live out their ambitions. The Bell Blossom, made with chamomile-infused Código 1530 Blanco Tequila, celery and apple juice, and prosecco, is a light and herbaceous drink.

A Cinematic Bar Worth Visiting Twice

Live Twice Interior

Live Twice brings the mid-century modern era to life with cinematic interiors that include vintage fittings, famous Akari Light Sculpture pendant lamps, and original vintage Falcon armchairs. It's a location where cocktail connoisseurs, who have busy lives during the day, can be their most real selves at night.

Bukit Pasoh Road Convivial Enclave

Within the 1920s heritage building on Bukit Pasoh Road, Live Twice completes the trinity of dining and drinking alternatives. With an enhanced izakaya menu and distinctive sandos, it bridges the gap between Gibson, the group's rebuilt fish restaurant and wine bar, and Humpback.

Live Twice, which won the 2023 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards and was named one of Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2022, charges S$28 for cocktails, with chosen alternatives available for $18 during Happy Hour from 6 pm to 8 pm daily. Sundays and Mondays from 6 pm to 12 am, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 1 am, and Fridays and Saturdays from 6 pm to 2 am and is closed on Tuesdays.
