Chef Naoji Kuribara has an enormous amount of experience with producing interesting creations which go beyond the traditional Bak Chor Mee dishes you will find elsewhere. You don’t want to miss out on the Char Siew bak chor mee which comes for a meagre $10. Piping hot miso spiked with umami or shoyu accompanied with fat, chunky pieces of chashu and meatballs makes this one an enjoyable, filling and economical choice.
