Cocktail Pairings and Punch Bowls
From December 24 to December 31, ANTI:DOTE improves the art of mixology with a tantalising offer. At $88++ per person, guests can savour two tapas plates paired with Christmas-inspired beverages. The first combination features a Black Angus Beef Tartare and the Grinch's Favourite, a delightful blend of Hendricks Neptunia Gin, crisp cucumber, maize, edamame, and antioxidant-rich fennel. The second pairing is a 65°C Sous Vide 24-Hour Octopus and the Most Wonderful Thyme cocktail, which features Botanist Gin, elderflower, thyme, pepper, yoghurt, and house-made cordial.
For a more social celebration, try the Golden Festival, a shared punch bowl ($158++, $28++ for cocktails) available throughout December. This wonderful concoction of cognac, festive tea, fig jam, and gold pays homage to the medicinal benefits of figs, which are thought to treat digestive troubles.
Festive Afternoon Indulgence
Experience a delicious afternoon tea that head mixologist Kingston Chin has created. Two cocktails, Xocolatl Festivo and Just Like Christmas, accompany a menu of indulgent sandwiches and sweets. Xocolatl Festivo includes raisin-butter-washed Santa Teresa 1796 Rum, Campari fat-washed with dark chocolate, and energising Cocchi Chinato. Just Like Christmas, a whisky-based pleasure, features lemon, mulled wine, and nausea-relieving ginger. These $25++ cocktails are also available in the evening.
Gourmets will like the Boston Lobster in a sesame basket, the Coronation Chicken with a charcoal baguette and a unique raisin mayonnaise, and desserts with Christmas components like chestnuts, brandy and pistachios.
The ANTI:DOTE Festive Afternoon Indulgence is available from December 1 to 31, 2023, and January 1 to 10, 2024, and costs $98++ per person (including two drinks) and $68++ per person for two non-alcoholic beverages. This opulent experience is available every day from 3 to 5 p.m., with an additional session from 12 to 2 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
Festive Lunch and Dinner
The enchantment continues with exquisite seasonal set dinners available from December 1 to December 31, 2023. Indulge in a three-course menu ($58++) that highlights the finest of the season. The asparagus & jamón ham starter, butter-poached silver cod fish main course, and cocoa oabika dessert all promise a gourmet delight.
Choose the two-course lunch menu for $48++, with the option to add a cocktail of the day for $15++. Lunch is offered from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., while supper is served from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
