Hop Into Easter Sunday With Intercontinental Singapore First Ever Big Brunch

This year, InterContinental Singapore launches its first ever Easter Sunday Big Brunch; combining close to 300 Easter themed delights from all of its three main dining outlets – LUCE by Davide Giacomelli, The Lobby Lounge and Man Fu Yuan.

Diners will be able to indulge in a sensational huge spread with 16 live stations, food offerings and seating spreading across level one of the hotel premises. Parents can sip on champagne and enjoy the scrumptious spread while their children enter a whimsical world of entertainment, complete with their own “playground” and an Easter Egg Hunt.

Delve into a smorgasbord of brunch highlights featuring a gourmet spread and live stations of International and seafood specials. The scrumptious buffet spread includes an Ice Crustacean Bar filled with freshly shucked oysters, snow crab, Boston lobster and tempting appetizers such as “Loch Fyne” smoked salmon and assorted sashimi and maki.

Head over to the Canape Corner that tempts with bite-size goodness such as Chilli Crab Slider, Scottish Smoked Salmon Tartlet, French Duck Foie Gras Parfait and more. For the charcuterie and cheese aficionados, expect a wide variety of imported cold cuts accompanied by French and Italian artisanal cheese selections such as 18-month Prosciutto di Parma (Classic Italian Ham), Chorizo Iberico Bellota (Acorn-fed Iberico Pork), Taleggio DOP Crudo (Italian Soft Cheese), 22-month Parmigiano-Reggiano, Asiago Allevo Matured (Semi-firm Cow’s Milk Cheese) and Bleu d’Auvergne (French Blue Cheese).

Indulge in a delectable Italian spread by LUCE by Davide Giacomelli that include highlights like Beef Tortellini, Truffle Egg Frittata, Baby Octopus Stew, Pan-seared Barramundi Fillet and Crespelle with ham and mushroom au gratin. Not to be missed is the Pinsa live section dishing out freshly baked Rustica (streaky bacon, egg and potato), Capricciosa (prosciutto cotto, mushroom and artichoke) and more.

Calling all meat lovers! The hearty brunch includes unlimited portions of Charred US Angus Prime Rib with Dijon Mustard served with Marble Potato and Red Wine Sauce, Roasted “Lumina” New Zealand Lamb served with Vine Tomato and Rosemary Jus, Salt Crusted Whole Norwegian Salmon and Hungarian “Mangalica” Pork.

A colourful spread of specially crafted whimsical-themed desserts by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Desmond Lee is available to impress even the fussiest foodie.
