The Feather Blade Steakhouse, known for its revolutionary approach to steak cuts, has cast anchor on the East Coast, bringing a distinctive blend of land and sea to its second location. The steakhouse, inspired by London's Flat Iron in Soho and founded by Chef Sheen Jet Leong, presents a tantalising seafood bar and store-exclusive surf and turf dishes that promise to alter Singapore's dining scene.

A Culinary Adventure on the East Coast

Feather Blade Steak

The East Coast location's main menu has the popular Original/O.G. Steak ($24) as well as the Smokey Binchotan Steak ($28), cooked with a sweet and savoury house-glaze. For the ultimate surf and turf experience, the Swordfish Belly "Steak" ($28) is recommended.

The second location of the Feather Blade Steakhouse, strategically placed on the East Coast, is intended to fascinate customers with a combination of flavours. The essential premise of providing various beef cuts, most notably the iconic Feather Blade Steak, remains unchanged. What has changed? Seafood bar cuisine that combines robust tastes from the land with sweet offers from the sea.

Seafood Bar

From French Oysters (from $7 per pair, happy hour price: $2.50 per piece) to spicy Norwegian Salmon Carpaccio ($14), the seafood bar beckons. For a deeper dive into the ocean's wonders, the Jumbo Crab Cocktail and Shrimp Cocktail ($18.50 each) are available.

More Than Steak: Exotic Mains and Sides

Sword Fish Steak

Beyond steaks, the East Coast location offers distinctive main courses such as Sandos in Steak ($34), Swordfish Belly ($32), and Cheesy Egg ($21) served on toasted Japanese milk bread. Bowls with beef ($28), seafood ($24), and mushroom ($16) toppings give a fascinating culinary trip for rice lovers.

Sides

Sides include Charred White Corn with Tarragon Cream Sauce ($8.50), Miso Aubergine with feta cheese and roasted cashews ($7.50), and Triple-cooked Beef Fat Fries ($7.50). Unique sauces, including Wasabi Cream ($2.50), Sansho Peppercorn ($3.50), and Miso Mustard ($2.50), as well as luxurious toppings like Foie Gras ($20), Ikura ($3), and Onsen Egg ($3), will elevate your surf and turf experience.

Opening Promotions and Sweet Endings

Finish your surf and turf meal on a sweet note with the Waterfall Tiramisu ($14), which is topped with pistachio crumble for that ASMR finish.

From November 28 to December 31, 2023, The Feather Blade Steakhouse will be running a series of promotions to commemorate the grand launch. During this time, enjoy a 15% discount on lunch from the à la carte menu. Naked oysters are $2.50++ a piece with any drink ordered before 7 p.m. during Happy Shucking Hour. Munchies Mondays, Tipple Tuesdays, Wine Wednesdays, and Toddler Thursdays are among the weekday promos, assuring a great dining experience for all.
