Fat Cow Turns 10 And You Are Invited To Celebrate

In appreciation of the 10 years of support from guests, the team at Fat Cow presents a very special 10th anniversary menu - the 10周年 Omakase Special ($320++), painstakingly created with love by Head Chef Shigeru Kasajima.

Available only for dinner from 1 November to 31 December, 2021 the menu brings together Fat Cow’s classic bestsellers and specially created new dishes; and invites the diner to simultaneously walk down memory lane with Fat Cow while having a taste of new flavours.

The new kobujime wagyu is available in one course of this limited-time omakase special as the Kobujime Wagyu Beef with Botan Ebi marinated with Brandy & Dried Mullet Roe (above) which features thin, bite-sized slices of Fat Cow’s special new beef topped with chunks of botan ebi given richness through deep marination with brandy, then finished with a generous grating of dried mullet roe.

For those who want to try this special new beef in the comfort of their homes, Fat Cow also serves it as a generously portioned Kobujime Premium Donburi, (below) permanently available daily in limited portions for dine-in ($128++) as well as delivery and takeaway ($128+). 

Fat Cow Donburi

The donburi features a thick layer of thinly sliced kobujime wagyu resting on a bed of perfectly seasoned Akitakomachi rice aand topped with chives, juicy Japanese leeks, and mouth-watering dollops of mountain caviar. The bowl is finished with a generous sprinkling of edible gold, because, after all, there’s no better way to celebrate a decade than with a touch of splendour.

Sake and wine pairings (both $88++) have been created expressly for this menu. Each sake and wine was carefully handpicked by Fat Cow’s in-house sommeliers to complement and bring out the fine nuances of the meal.

Every order of the 10周年 Omakase Special entitles diners to a complimentary cup of an exclusive Fat Cow Custom Blend Tea. Each cup is selected by the staff to match the guests’ tastes or to help set the ambience and mood for the dining experience. These custom loose-leaf tea blends – three in total – were planned and created specially for the 10th anniversary and are available only in Fat Cow.
