Available as a set of four mooncakes, the Classic Flight draws its design inspiration from Yàn's striking feature wall. It features a pull-open sleeve that unveils a captivating scene of swallows gracefully gliding over moonlit mountains.
The time-honoured sweet treats are available in a range of flavours. Baked White Lotus Mooncakes offer a luscious filling of white lotus seed paste complemented by single or double salted egg yolks. A delightful addition to Yàn’s 2023 mooncake line-up, the Baked Lychee White Lotus Mooncakes infuses the white lotus paste with a refreshing touch of fresh lychee, imparting a subtle and nuanced fruity undertone to the traditional baked pastry.
One of the highly anticipated festive highlights at Yàn, the Thousand Layer Yam Mooncakes is enjoyed plain or with salted egg yolk. The savoury-sweet confection features spirals of flaky pastry that envelop a fragrant filling of sweet and earthy yam paste.
