Heart-warming food at its best, Eminent Frog Porridge & Seafood holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand accolade, and for a good reason. The porridge here is served with a generous ladle of fried frog cooked in sauces like Gong Bao, Chicken Essence, Special Homemade Chilli, and sauces made with ginger and spring onion, and garlic and white pepper. We highly recommend the Gong Bao sauce for it is tasty and goes beautifully with the simple, wholesome porridge.
