Our eyes are on their house cocktails like Hawaiian - rye, spices, pear, apple, pineapple, and cheese. Their Valley Of The Dolls Martini also sounds promising as it features gin, Lyre’s Vermouth, sherry, and roasted olives. We’d love pairing these up with an Artichoke Pizza, Burrata, or Focaccia with olive oil and sea salt.
