With Valentine’s Day almost upon us, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore is excited to unveil its sumptuous romantic Valentine’s Day experience that goes beyond the usual candlelit dinner.

Located at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore15 Stamford by Alvin Leung will be elevating the dining experience with a dance floor for couples to rekindle their love, alongside photo-taking opportunities to remember the night forever. All couples will also receive a flower to mark the occasion, while the best-danced couple will walk away with a special gift.

Poached Diver Scallop - 15 Stamford

The exquisite five-course dinner ($188++, an additional $98++ for wine pairing) begins with a Champagne cocktail, followed by sumptuous starters such as Yuzu Mud Crab, Poached Diver Scallops, and Winter Black Truffles. For mains, couples can choose between a Japanese Bluefish and Arita Wagyu Beef Striploin. A Rosella Meringue, accompanied by Cheese Mousse, Walter Seed Crisp, Citrus Peta, and Honey Lavender Ice Cream, ends the dinner on a sweet note. 

Additionally, lovebirds can enjoy The Bar at 15 Stamford's special Valentine’s Day cocktails ($24++), representing the three stages of love as interpreted by the three bartenders:

Of Courtships and Uncertainties

  • Of Courtships and Uncertainties – Designed by Bar Manager Edriane Lim, this low-alcohol fruity cocktail features Gonzales Byass Oloroso Sherry, berries, sugar and citrus.

Ai Stead Mai

  • Ai Stead Mai – This cheeky and refreshing rum-based cocktail by bartender Timothy Aw presents hints of chocolate and a salted caramel finish.

Of Heartbreaks and Make-Ups ​​​​​​​

  • Of Heartbreaks and Make-Ups – Head bartender Poch shakes up a strong cocktail with a bitter-sweet finish, using Woodford Reserve Bourbon, amaro, dry vermouth, Guinness syrup and orange bitters.

It showcases a fascinating array of his favourite Asian recipes inspired by his travels around Asia, particularly the cuisines of Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
