Raise your glass to Singapore at the world’s highest urban microbrewery
9 August marks a significant milestone in every Singaporean’s calendar – the day modern Singapore was born. And this year, the world’s highest urban microbrewery, LeVeL33, celebrates the momentous occasion with limited edition dishes, available only on National Day.
Against the glorious unobstructed panorama of the Marina Bay waterfront – where fireworks will explode right in front of its Terrace, diners can enjoy multi-course meals inspired by classic Singaporean flavours with a LeVeL33 twist.
The meal begins on a celebratory note with a complimentary glass of fine Barons de Rothschild champagne – as a perfect way to start the evening.
This segues into a mouthwatering set of three Singaporean-inspired snacks set to whet the appetite of the diners for the evening such as a mouth-watering Potato and Truffle Curry Puff, and a savoury Salted Egg Mud Crab which folds handpicked crab meat into a housemade salted duck egg sauce, and pairs it with avocado mousse and fresh uni.
Other courses also feature this seamless blend of technique and creativity. For instance, one of the courses feature a local take on LeVeL33’s signature Smoked Heirloom Tomato where creamy whipped burrata is layered with a housemade curry leaf oil and topped with tomatoes smoked with olive wood.
There is also a Local Lobster Bisque, infused with a housemade laksa paste of dried shrimp, chillies, ginger, galangal, turmeric and lemongrass. It’s served with a poached lobster tail, and a garnish of sustainably farmed roe.
Guests who order this 5-course dinner will be given exclusive access to LeVeL33’s terrace – all the better to watch the fireworks display!
Vegetarians rejoice! LeVeL33 will also be offering a vegetarian menu that is just as delicious and well-considered as its meaty counterpart; with a very similar culinary journey. For instance, the meal begins with a vegetarian platter of Singapore-style snacks of Potato and Truffle Curry Puff; a Singapore-style Fried Tofu with Seaweed Caviar; and an unexpectedly rich Salted Egg & Sweet Pea Tartlet.
The main course is especially enticing – a Mushroom & Soy Tortellini where a mix of fresh and dried mushrooms like shiitake and porcini are stuffed into housemade pasta and served with a fragrant clear mushroom broth infused with a medley of aromatics like cloves.
Guests who choose to dine on the vegetarian 5-course dinner will also be given exclusive access to LeVeL33’s terrace to watch the fireworks display.
For diners that prefer a more relaxed setting, reserving a table at LeVeL33 Social would be ideal. For that evening only, Social serves a deliciously fun National Day Sharing Menu ($118++ per pax).
This National Day menu brings together highlights from the Dining Room’s 5-course set with some of the most popular bestsellers from Social’s regular a-la-carte menu for a hearty menu perfect for powering through a night of fun! Enjoy items like the Salted Egg Mud Crab, and the crispy Singapore-style Fried Chicken alongside items like the savoury Chilli Salt & Pepper Local Squid, Freshly Shucked Oysters and the juicy Little Joe 100% Pasture-fed Sirloin.
The a-la-carte menu is also available for order if one wishes more food or prefers to choose their own meal. A minimum spending is required for diners who choose to order only from the a-la-carte menu on 9 August.
For guests that would like to bask in the glorious views of the world’s highest microbrewery, tables at the Terrace may be reserved for a minimum spend of $250++ per person (prepayment required). All menus from that evening are available for order.
