Start with the YÀN Appetiser Platter, featuring Roast Pork Belly, Roast Duck, and Steamed Scallops Dumplings. The Double-Boiled Ginseng Soup with Chicken and Yunnan Ham is a standout, with a rich, savoury soup that has been meticulously double-boiled for four hours to extract the profound essences of chicken, pork bone, lean pork, ginseng and Yunnan ham.
Another noteworthy dish is the Stewed Star Grouper Fillet with Yellow Bean Paste and Carrot, which combines pan-fried star grouper fillets with carrot slices in a savoury, umami-rich stock laced with yellow bean paste.
For fathers who enjoy variety, the eight-course Celebratory Menu is ideal. This magnificent buffet features a generous variety of Cantonese favourites. One of the standouts is the Roasted Peking Duck, which is served with Chinese pancakes, cucumbers, and spring onions. Another delicious meal is Pumpkin Broth with Assorted Dried shellfish, which combines pumpkin's rich flavours with a variety of dried shellfish.
Both dine-in set dinners end with the rich Chilled Mao Shan Wang Durian Cream. This dessert, containing the famed 'king of fruits,' is the ideal end to the meal, sure to surprise any father with its creamy texture and distinct flavour.
