Indulge in Free-Range Australian Lamb Leg ($88++), accompanied by their signature stout jus and topped with housemade chimichurri to add a touch of freshness and acidity. For those who prefer poultry, the Australian chicken ($58++) is first brined in LeVeL33’s rich stout, then air-dried to achieve a perfectly crispy skin when roasted in the oven. The dish is served with a housemade chicken and truffle jus, adding a rich and flavourful touch to the roasted poultry.
The main courses are accompanied by delectable sides, including a traditional Yorkshire pudding, roasted baby potatoes, grilled asparagus, and pickled red cabbage. The pickled cabbage is made according to a recipe from Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski’s grandmama for a sweet personal touch to the meal.
Ending the meal is LeVeL33’s Basque Cheesecake, a creamy cheesecake smoked with hickory wood, raspberries, and blueberries, offering dessert connoisseurs a new perspective on comfort and indulgence.
