Be transported to Southern Italy at The Cliff, which derives its name from its location. With Chef Paolo Benedet at the helm, The Cliff has a new menu that features favourites such as Burrata Caprese, Seared Barramundi and The Cliff Tiramisu, as well as new additions, two- and three-course set lunches and three- and four-course set dinners.
The Cliff has two private dining rooms, which makes it an ideal setting for celebratory dining occasions. At the outdoor deck every evening from 5pm to 7pm, diners can take in views of the sunset in the horizon as they partake in the Sunset Aperitivo, replete with free-flowing house wine, beer, Prosecco and a platter of canapés.
The Cliff is ideal for corporate events and dinners. Be it a cocktail reception or a set meal, the chefs can create customised menus for the occasion.

I was feeling pretty peckish so I also ordered the Penne Carbonara which was simply yet delicious. Guanciale, percorino & black pepper ($22)
Wood-Fired Pizza with almost any topping you wish to request are cooked to perfection. Many pizza's seemed to be served pool side as a day time snack option. While I was sitting by the pool, the couple next to me asked if I'd like a few piece of their's as the pizza was massive.
The mains are a plenty with Western, Indian and Asian dishes available so literally something for everyone, all served with a wide selection of wines from the wine list or specialty cocktails made to order.
Surprisingly so, the menu prices are extraordinarily on the low side for a resort on Sentosa. Speaking with the manager she shared when the new menu was created, the establishment decided to bring the prices down to a standard, paying what you would pay anywhere across Singapore out side of this Luxe resort such as Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa.
My slow cooked beef cheek goulash ($38) was spectacular. Braised with smoked paprika, fresh paprika & organic onions, served with salted potatoes & creme fraiche. I couldn't recommend this dish highly enough.
The Cliff is situated on the far corner of the resort property and overlooks the South China sea. A superb location for a meal, worth the grab taxi to the Island just to have a meal and to feel the flow of a resort style dinner experience, even if you are not intending to stay the night. But you will be back soon enough, as the property is oozing a welcoming vibe.
