Serving up a nourishing and wholesome meat-free brunch that tastes just as good, all-day dining Back to Eden on Prinsep Street (formerly Curious Palette) is a trailblazing plant-focused artisanal cafe and micro-bakery with a conscious and holistic approach.
With a firm belief that it is not impossible to craft an uncompromisingly flavourful and satisfying plant-based menu, Back to Eden’s team has clocked in numerous R&D hours conjuring proprietary made-from-scratch sauces and condiments; think homemade nut butters, smoked cashew sour cream and avocado crème fraiche, that complement the vibrant palette of vegan-friendly dishes prepared with meticulously-procured ingredients.
The team has even gone the extra mile to set up a micro-bakery that produces naturally-leavened rustic sourdough loaves, pita and focaccia among other bakes that are showcased at the café. The cafe also boasts a nursery growing herbs the likes of basil and coriander that are incorporated into its dishes.
The repertoire of gratifying brunch favourites, scrumptious sides, healthful smoothies, and quality coffee by Strangers’ Reunion is thoughtfully conceived with the intention of delivering a positive and uplifting experience, be it a healthy breakfast, hearty brunch or an almost guilt-free indulgent feast.
