With the June holidays in horizon, the folks from 1-Group invites all to splash into summer without going away via its Summertime Madness campaign - a two-month celebration of Singapore’s eternal tropicana. Paced across 1 June to 31 July 2023, the group is set for an exciting calendar of drink-and-dine programmes, summer-themed parties and activities across 12 iconic concepts, all to offer revellers and sun-seekers different means to enjoy summer in their very own backyard like never before.
Aptly dubbed as a reflection of Singapore’s perennial sunshine, “Summertime Madness” is 1-Group’s annual mid-year campaign, conceived to elevate experiences and at the same time, remind audiences about the possibilities at their iconic venues. Themed “The Summer State” to set the tone of this year’s happenings, the folks at 1-Group are pulling out all the stops with activations that include pool parties (1-Altitude Coast), club nights (Yang Club), assembled picnic sets (Bee’s Knees), Gin explorations (1-Arden) and a slew of feasts and brunches at participating outlets.
Soaking Up the Summer Vibes: the Happenings in June
1-Altitude Coast
Perched atop The Outpost Hotel in Sentosa with views overlooking the sea and firework displays, 1-Altitude Coast has continued to solidify its standing as the ultimate destination for beachfront escapes. Come 4 June, DJ collective Sunday Lovin’ will be taking over the rooftop deck with Old School R&B, Hip Hop and Reggaeton by DJ Dhash & RaulEusoff. With an infinity pool to cool off in whenever the sun gets hot, a dedicated dance floor to bust moves and cocktail shot trays of 12 (S$70++) of either Sex on the Beach, Pornstar or Tequila Sunrise, one can expect nothing short of a blazing Sunday of booze and boogie from 3pm till late.

In line with its botanical metropolis theme, 1-Arden is poised as the venue for a Gin Garden Oasis on 16 June 2023. Roping in gin labels including Roku, The Botanist, Malfy, Gunpowder Gin and Gin XII, gin lovers can look forward to an exploration of different variants and recommended ways to enjoy them best using drink tickets at S$14 nett. Following the tasting journey, those who wish to try creating their very own Gin & Tonic can pop by the bespoke G&T booth to pick out fresh fruits and herbs from the 1-Arden Food Forest for a garden-to-glass experience with their preferred bases.

The last weekend of June will see Yin Bar morph into an oriental garden with Chinese floral elements decorating the Asian heritage mansion.
