Keeping us warm with their fiery and sumptuous Asian fare, Spice Brasserie at Parkroyal has created an amazing log cake, probably worth finishing in one sitting, and it’s nothing like a traditional chocolate covered log. It is a creamy Red and Green Velvet Cream Cheese Yule Log with brandied fruits and nuts. Not just this, if you cut open it’s snow-like cream cheese casing you’ll find layers of red and green velvet cake and of the alcohol-drenched nuts. Worth showing off on the gram and your Christmas belly, this cake is a must order this season and is available till 30th December.
Stayed here a few times and always a pleasurable experience. Super friendly and professional staff. great location and fantastic facilities all round.
"I stayed at Park Royal on Pickering street, Singapore, the passed weekend. Every inches of the hotel is so beautifully and meticulously designed. Also, the best part of this hotel is the staff. Very attentive, friendly, polite and helpful. Especially the dark tall guy whom I forgot his name (I asked his name before I left but forgot somehow -_-"). He was super nice, kind and helpful since the first moment I arrived at the hotel till the last min I left for the airport. All in all, I had a great time and will surely come back here :)"
