Adding a gourmet touch of seasonal sparkle to the a la carte menu from 21 through 30 December 2020, is a traditional Turkey Ballotine stuffed with Chestnuts ($46.00++) main. Slow-roasted to perfection, the tender turkey meat encapusulates the umami taste of pancetta and sweetness of chestnuts, revealing a balanced mix of savoury and sweet; served with Brussel sprouts, baby carrots, potato purée and turkey jus.
