Lady M has dedicated its Pink Checkers as the solidarity pastry in hopes of raising funds for affected women and families in partnership with the Breast Cancer Foundation.
Aptly chosen as the Cake of October 2021 to champion the cause, the Pink Checkers is essentially a pink adaptation of its famous Checkers Cake.
When sliced through, the centre reveals a playful yet meticulous mosaic of pink and black cocoa sponge, defined with outlines of whipped strawberry cheese cream.
Finished with a strawberry glaze and an elegant ring of raspberry bits, the resulting taste presents delicate bouquet of berries complimented with hints of chocolate.
Throughout the month of October, Lady M Singapore will be pledging donations of S$10 for every whole Pink Checkers (S$120 online, S$130 in-store) cake sold and S$2 for every slice (S$12) to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
The Pink Checkers cake is now available for takeaway and dine-in across all Lady M Singapore boutiques, with island wide pre-orders and delivery.
