VIA Frontiers was founded in Sydney in 2002 and relocated to Singapore in 2007. We help companies install high performance cultures and improve mental wellness to heighten employee motivation & engagement.  ​​​​​​​

We use established Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to establish corporate coaching practices within companies. Through our NLP programs, we empower leaders, managers, and their teams to higher levels of operating. Our objective for our clients is to reach elite levels of performance at record speeds.

We install a high-performance culture in companies using methodologies that are practical, sustainable, and efficient. Our holistic approach to corporate issues lends itself to training, facilitating, and coaching as we identify and resolve issues. It is important that our programs are highly experiential and engaging to encourage a higher retention rate.
