ClubCo's Cosmetic Upgrading + Office Floor Up for Grabs

With the recent announcement of P2HA, we know that things may not be opening up soon. However, ClubCo has a long-term plan secured. ClubCo has recently taken over a new level in this magnificent building, and they are planning a cosmetic upgrade both inside and outside our building by 2022.

If you’re looking for an office plan to come in the future, ClubCo hopes you will consider a lease with them! As a heritage-listed architectural building right beside Raffles Place MRT, a zone bustling with work and entertainment, Expat Choice is sure it is going to be the next hang-out spot after the refurbishment notwithstanding its already prime location and chic exterior. Read on for more information about the available office floor on Level 3 of The Quadrant!

Club Co

There will soon be a new F&B concept, opening as a bistro and alfresco dining on Level 1, and a well-known cocktail bar on Level 2. The Level 3 office floor will be leased out to a single tenant. This 60-80 pax office will be fully managed by ClubCo, and the tenant can stand to enjoy the benefits of a coworking environment while keeping to a private floor. Level 4 and 5 will continue to house an array of hot desks and private offices of different configurations and sizes; and the very top level boasts a rooftop garden used for events and meetings.

Here is some information about the available office floor on Level 3 of The Quadrant.

  • Up to a 3-year membership fully managed by ClubCo with the private floor branded for the tenant
  • 4400sf, fully-furnished offices, meeting rooms, and open-concept work desks
  • An optional full fitout upgrade of the floor including flooring, lighting, furniture, bathrooms (including showers) and a pantry. The tenant can be involved in the layout and design subject to ClubCo’s brand guidelines.
  • Cosmetic upgrade to the building by 2022
  • Upgrading of our current rooftop space into a bar, lounge and events space
  • Tenant will have access to hot desks on the 4th floor and our rooftop space

As Club Co, recently took over the space that was from the previous tenant, they are looking forward to refurbishing the space once a new tenant has interest to take on the office floor.
