Diners may enjoy the creations and different culinary styles of two Master Chefs – Chan Hwan Kee of Min Jiang and Goh Chee Kong of Min Jiang at Dempsey from a choice of three set menus available for lunch and dinner that feature Cantonese and Sichuan specialities. Complimentary longevity buns come with all sets. Menu highlights include Double-boiled ‘Song’ Fish Head Soup Shanghai-style in Stone Pot and Slow-braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber at Min Jiang, as well as Crispy Silver Hill Duck with Homemade Crepes and Double-boiled Supreme Bird’s Nest with Crabmeat at Min Jiang at Dempsey.
