Excellent service. I took my teenager to see an osteopath after he pulled a ligament in his ankle. He was in a lot of pain, frustrated about not being able to do sport and nervous about doing a wrong movement and exacerbating the issue. Haseeb was able to identify the specific problem area and release the tension in the surrounding muscles. He was able to engage with a sometimes not very communicative teenager and taught him strengthening exercises specific to the movements commonly used in rugby and tennis, which obviously then inspired compliance. I have also consulted Lucy, another osteopath at City Osteopath and Physiotherapy, for ongoing lower back pain and I always feel wonderful after a session with her. Highly recommended.
