Space & Light Yoga was founded in 2009 by yoga teachers, teacher trainers and yoga event organisers Lynn Yeo & Sumei Shum.
In May 2016, Sumei & Lynn successfully fostered a partnership between Space & Light Yoga and COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, Singapore.
They offer high quality, alignment-based classes, workshops and trainings within COMO Shambhala Urban Escape’s lovely yoga studios at Level 6, Delfi Orchard on Orchard Road.

"The space is gorgeous, with natural light and a gentle breeze through the huge windows. You're surrounded by the sounds of birds and rustling leaves. If you've only practiced Yoga in a frigid air-conditioned room, you have no idea how good your body can feel in a natural setting like this.
The teachers here are incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring and uplifting. We are challenged physically and mentally in the classes, but always with a healthy dose of self-love and compassion to our own bodies. Because of this attitude, I've been practicing safely and improving more each day. And we always have fun. "
