1. Come with an open mind.
2. Hydration is key, make sure that you always hydrate before or after class, never during your classes because your body won't be able to absorb the water during a short period of time.
3. Yes, it will feel heated; but, remember that healing is a process that takes place from the inside out. You'll increase your strength and flexibility, resulting in a flawless body.
4. You'll deal with emotions, thoughts, and various feelings, as well as gain a greater understanding of your own body.
5. Never underestimate the power of simplicity; simple movements will feel difficult to your body at first, and you'll need time to adjust during the possess.
6. Make sure you're dressed appropriately for each session; some fabrics raise your body temperature by 2 to 3 degrees, which is significant in a hot class.
7. Any injuries, pregnancies, or other conditions should always be addressed to your teachers so that we can provide you with good alternatives that helps improve your condition
8. Always be realistic; to develop a good habit in your body, you'll need to train for around 21 days in a row, and you'll have to build neuroplasticity.
