What can you expect from the workshop?
1. Basic exercises to strengthen up core and arms and also mobility. Learning muscle engagements. Dish holds, pike push-ups, shoulder stretches and much more.
2. Handstand against the wall variations and their use. The different handstand progressions.
3. Getting into a Handstand. Kick-ups and presses.
About the Trainer: Noor Ashraf, Certified Calisthenics coach and personal trainer. The World Calisthenics Organisation (WCO) StreetSport Level 1 and 2. 4 years of Calisthenics training experience, Participated in WCO championship 2014
