Our official affiliation to the world-renowned CrossFit brand, CrossFit Rawai gives another dimension to your training including special gymnastics and Olympic Lifting classes so you can develop your skills ready for the ‘Rx’ Workout Of the Day!
Our concept classes include Pulse8, Monsoon, Blood Rush and The Crusher – all designed to test your mental strength and physical fitness in different structured formats with specific objectives such as endurance and work capacity.
Most based on high intensity training designed to maximize the improvement in your fitness and minimize your body fat!
Each session follows a slightly different format so that you increase all elements of fitness including strength, power, power endurance and endurance…all with a high level of calorie burn!
Every class is designed so that it can be scaled for different fitness levels. You won’t be expected to do exactly the same as people who have more experience than you, but we will make sure you work to the limit of your capability and improve every time!
With a spacious, open air gym right here on the beach, you can get your CrossFit fix whilst taking in the views of Rawai Beach!
