CRU is a unique fitness concept born out of Singapore and Los Angeles, comprises three state-of-the-art studios. Two on Duxton Road, Singapore, and one on the world-renowned Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. CRU is founded by three siblings and their three pet huskies hailing from Singapore and Los Angeles. A familiar “wolfpack” of their own, they grew up with a bi-cultural background, shuffling back and forth between the two major cities. Their mission was simple: to take their fortunate experiences and share them with the world!

Likely the most conventional option on this list, spin classes are making impactful rounds in the fitness community. Briefly put, a spin class is a vigorous 15-20 minute cycling class on stationary bicycles led by a trainer, where time and movement coincide with individual fitness levels.
You’ll find a good range of spin options available in Singapore, but we’d highlight CruCycle for the ‘pack life’ adventure — where no one is left behind in a community of like-minded individuals, and each one finds their best selves by growing together as a group.
CC holds excellent music, service, and facilities, with vigorous classes led by high-energy instructors — so go have yourself a guaranteed kick, with a workout that gets your glutes screaming in the best way possible!
We thrive and exist for the pursuit of organic growth, not as an individual, but alongside our pack, shoulder to shoulder.
This attitude extends beyond the studio, into our daily lives and the communities around us; human or animal, whose lives we can enrich through our passion.
