CrossFit Singapore was established in 2009 1st May.
Many trainers and affiliate owners have been trained under the tutelage of Coach K in one way or another and many CrossFit Affiliates in Asia can be traced back to CrossFit Singapore.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience, skill or fitness level.
